What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?

Supporting my children in the pursuits of their passions. My daughter loves theater, so I can be found attending her shows. My son is a baseball pitcher and I can be found watching him do what he loves.

First job in the industry?

I was offered my first job in hotels on September 10, 2001 – the day before the industry changed forever. It took a month to be given the okay to make the move to Texas where I started in a big box, full service Marriott in sales.
