Kenneth Shore has been fortunate to enjoy a rich and diverse career in hospitality that has taken him across more than half of the United States and into the Middle East and Africa. These international experiences allowed him to learn new customs, work alongside foreign nationals, and make an impact on the hospitality industry in ways he never imagined when first beginning his journey in the culinary arts.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Kenneth launched his management career in the kitchen before moving to the front of the house as a Food & Beverage Director. He later transitioned into hotel General Manager roles and eventually advanced to above-property leadership positions.

Throughout his career, Kenneth has had the privilege of mentoring and supporting countless professionals in their own career paths. Helping others grow remains one of his greatest passions and continues to drive his success in the hospitality industry.

Kenneth has the support of his family, wife Rhonda, sons Aaron and twins Ryan and Zachary, along with their two border collies Roxanne and Maya, fortunate for a very fool family life!
